The room is decorated with the same high standard as a four star hotel room, with a 140 cm quality bed and spacious wardrobe, 32” TV, electronic code lock with its own code to the room. Bedsheets and towels are provided.
Apartment is freshly renovated and furnished with very high standards with rooms available for professionals. There is a 600 MB/s internet connection in the apartment, bathroom, toilet, washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen is top modern, fully equipped and spacious.
NOTE: the room does not have a direct window to the outside but has indirect sunlight through the window above the door.
The apartment is located in Gärdet which is almost in the immediate center of the city. You are only three subway stations away from the central Station.
The apartment is one minute away from the subway station Gärdet, two subway stations or 15 minutes walk from Östermalm and Stureplan which are a financial and a shopping centre of Stockholm. Royal institute of Technology KTH is only four subway stations or 15 minutes walk away. You are only a few subway stations or 10-20 minutes walk away from everything that is interesting in Stockholm, the restaurant areas, Gamla Stan (old city), Djurgården (kings national park), Skansen, Gröna Lund (amusement park), pubs and club areas, shopping areas etc.
In close proximity is also Gärde fältet which is a huge field where stockholmers go for jogging, volleyball, football, rugby playing in the summer, and cross-country skiing in the winter.
The deposit is one month’s rent and the notice period is one full month. Everything is included in the rent, including the electricity, internet, water, heating, etc.
The room is rented out strictly to professionals preferably working in the IT industry or doing PHD studies. The room is only rented out to individuals not couples or families.
